Catfish Parmesan
Ingredients:
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. Salt
½ tsp. Pepper
½ tsp. Paprika
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
½ tsp. Chopped oregano
6 Catfish filets (or tilapia)
½ cup butter, melted
Directions:
Stir together first 5 ingredients. Dip catfish in butter; dip in breadcrumb mixture and place on baking sheet. Bake at 375 for 25-35 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
